This workshop in Muscat is organized by the WFHSS.

Invitation

EFHSS was founded with the aim of disseminating knowledge about sterilization on the basis of the European norms. The member states of the European Union formed its core membership. But soon it became evident that 'sterilization' does not stop at the borders of the old continent. The interest of non-European countries was very big. Globalization, too, apparently had a forceful impact on the CSSD. The board of EFHSS recognized this phenomenon and took the decision at the meeting on the occasion of the European congress in Lillehammer to reflect in its name this new reality. From now on EFHSS will be known as WFHSS - World Forum for Hospital Sterile Supply.

The big success in Bulgaria and Latvia confirmed us to carry out the "Middle East Workshop" under the flag of the WFHSS.

The Middle East Workshop will take place in Muscat, Oman, from November 1st to November 2nd, 2006.

We would be pleased to welcome you to this event as a participant and a partner.

We would like to give you the possibility, as a closely associated industrial partner, to participate with a stand in the industry exhibition and perhaps to present with your products in a presentation with direct reference to the topic:

WFHSS - Decontamination in the Gulf - The role of the CSSD.

The annual workshop shall bring the partners from practice, science, politics and industry together as kick off to a partnership in the future. We expect approx. 200 participants out of CSSD, epidemiology, microbiology and the medical leaders of the large hospitals as well as participants from the WFHSS.
