In the United Kingdom we have a Technical Vocational Qualification for Sterile Service Staff,

This is accredited by the Institute of Sterile Services Management and The City & Guilds Institute of London and is only available to the UK and Southern Ireland.
However if you are interested in the coursework to improve and test your knowledge I will be pleased to inform you of where to purchase a copy.
Perhaps this might help you with a formal course of your own for India.
