currently trying to put together a Quality Manual for CSSD in compliance to JCI standerds in Ireland, have research completed in relation to what documentation is needed but now need a skeleton framework to find out what goes where and how? I would be very grateful if somebody out there could help me, any known publications or handouts on the subject?

I am sure you already red "Sterilization Basic", "Recommendations by the Quality Task group" and "WIP guidelines" on our Education page.
I found the "VA Handbook 7176" updated 2002 (Dep. Of Veterans Affair, Washington) an helpful publication. The handbook provides guidance and procedures pertinent to the operational requirements and responsibilities of CSSD activities.
