Hi there. I am processing a tender for a documentation sytem. Malta being a member of the EU community, I asked that the spescifications for the TST indicators and the documentation system would be according to EN norms. If a tendering company who is outside the EU community, such as the States, offers its own documentation system will they be conforming to the EU norms? If not, would I be expexcted to abide by the Eu norms or?
Would appreciate any clarification on this point.

the short answer is yes. contact people like meditrax, they run a good system this is the one I use at clatterbridge hospital merseyside england.
