The Central Sterilization Units Society of Turkey was founded in Izmir in December 2002 with more than 28 members.
The objectives of this commitee are forming and developing the central sterilization units, communication with doctors, nurses and other medical personnel, regulation of the relations between colleagues, and prevention and control of hospital infections. For that reason, the commitee orginizes the projects for education programmes to develop the basic concepts. The aim and the duty of the commitee are independent from any person.
