Subject: Indicators Class 5 vs Class 6

Hei
What are the main differences of Class 5 & Class 6 indicators? Which one must be chosen to get maximum certainty about sterility when sterilizing surgical instruments ?
While sterilizing textiles, what class of indicator is good enough?

Kind regards
