hi,

presently i am working at dubai but i don't have any diploma but i have more than 4 years experience, shall i apply for uk? for that should i required any registration like others? if it is to whom i have to apply.

Information on "The technician vocational qualification" in the UK, you find on the ISSM website under: training events. But as I understand it well, the accreditation is only available for the UK and Southern Ireland (see the answer of Patricia Oliver on question Q00173). I think the best thing you can do is to register for a correspondence course. The successfully completing of the IAHCSMM course qualifies you to take the IAHCSMM certified registered central service technician examination. Probably OTEN provides a similar certificate.
